Camel Soap

Hi everybody! I hope you’ve missed me and my experiments with natural beauty products. Whole July I spent with my family here in Dubai and during that time I learnt about a bunch of new organic items. Today I will tell you about a very exotic product, of course if only you are not the UAE resident. I am talking about The Camel Soap.

This product is produced on a local factory and I like it a lot, because it means, that its quality is high, and as long as logistic is easy - the price is really low. The cost of each soap bar varies from 30 to 40 AED and I really think it is a good deal for a handcrafted camel milk soap. I can imagine what a big work is to be done to produce such a great soap. Once I’ve tried it myself - I do like this handmade stuff - but it took me such a long time and the efforts were so big that I decided to leave this to professionals…So, I’ve ordered several pieces via my favorite Apart from the benefits, which this unique product can bring to your health, first of all I would like to mention the wonderful scents of the soap.

From my early childhood I am a biggest fan of any tints of rose aroma. That’s why without a doubt I chose the Lavender & Rose Geranium flavored soap and never regretted. It smelled wonderful. The skin after washing also did smell very nice as the aroma gently mixed with clean skin smell. If you want any different scent just look on the online shop here: You can even purchase unscented soap.

And look at this little nice bag! I loved this soap from the first sight even for the package.

Not to mention that camel milk has been used for centuries as a natural remedy in the Middle East, Asian and North African cultures. Nomads and Bedouins relied on its nutritional and medicinal properties. Entire tribes have lived on the benefits of camel milk entirely or with few other foods, such as dates, for months in the harsh desert climate, without any apparent loss of health.

I can’t explain why, but I really prefer good hard piece of soap to the liquid ones.

All the shower gels seem to me much less natural and more chemical. Even for my little son I always use a usual old -school soap. This Camel Soap he liked the best, because I showed him how wonderful the scent is and he loved the idea that it is from the camel milk.

Camel milk soap relieves skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis or eczema. I am often skeptical of such claims but my son has always had some small spots of psoriasis on his elbows and I had learned to live with it because I didn't want to keep using chemical creams on him. Well, true story, since I started using camel milk soap to shower, his elbows have cleared up completely!

I read some articles and reviews and lots of parents are writing that they are fighting a great variety of skin diseases of their children with camel milk soap. I also found out that these soaps are 100% natural and need to be kept dry between uses. It is recommended to set it on a soap dish, which keeps the bar dry or even hang it up.

My conclusion is that I would definite recommend to give a try of this beautiful product!

Sincerely yours,

Green Lady
