Hello my dear ladies!

I’ve missed you a lot! Holidays and many other things kept me away from writing a new post, but now I have such a great product to share with you, that I just can’t postpone it any more.

The thing is that lately I’ve experienced lack of physical or muscle strength and found that I need to put a little extra effort into performing my regular daily activities

Also, you know, long weekend combined with my husband’s birthday led to lots of cooking, guests welcoming and performing tedious household chores.

Instead of taking a break from my usual routine I ended up with suffering from constant fatigue. This syndrome is debilitating and discouraging because it can interfere with every aspect of your life — even the fun things.

I’ve tried to ignore it or push through by getting more sleep and reducing stress, but was still relentlessly tired. Fatigue tended to snowball, gradually worsening, until I felt like a hamster stuck on an exercise wheel — exhausted and losing steam but not getting anywhere.

After some time I realized that it was a sign that my body’s normal systems were being disrupted. As usually, I’ve started my own research. It turned out that even a mild deficiency of magnesium can cause fatigue and general weakness.

By analyzing my other symptoms and surfing the web I found out that low magnesium is known as the silent epidemic of our times.

Many of the symptoms of low magnesium are not unique to magnesium deficiency, making it difficult to diagnose with 100% accuracy. Thus quite often low magnesium levels go completely unrecognized… and untreated. Magnesium is an important ingredient to so many of the body’s regulatory and biochemical systems that the impact of low levels spans all areas of health and medical practice.

Magnesium depletion in healthy individuals can be caused by:

  • Low magnesium diets, processed foods and sodas

  • Soft water

  • Calcium supplements

And some conditions can increase vulnerability to deficiency, including:

  • Alcohol and other addictions

  • Aging, illness and stress

  • Digestive and Genetic disorders

Magnesium plays a key role in breaking down glucose into energy, which boosts your metabolism and helps fight fatigue and weakness.

In addition, this important nutrient regulates the metabolism of other minerals like calcium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, vitamin C and zinc, which help provide energy to your body.

Ladies, if reading my post you recognize at least one of your own symptoms, than make sure you eat magnesium rich foods.

Most of us have a magnesium deficiency. Where we used to get magnesium from our soil and water supplies, we’ve now depleted our soil and scoured our water supply clean of trace minerals. So, we can either make the extra effort to eat more magnesium-rich foods like nuts, grains, and seeds, or we can supplement with magnesium.

Did you know magnesium is more easily absorbed transdermally (through your skin) than it is internally?

By the way, I should say: magnesium oil is not an oil. It’s simply called magnesium “oil” because of the oily feel of magnesium chloride suspended in water.

First option is to apply magnesium oil on your arms, legs and stomach daily with a spray bottle, then rub it in and let your skin absorb it over the next half hour or so. You can buy magnesium oil online.

Second option is to get Zechsal bath crystals which are easily dissolved in hot water. In this case you will have same magnesium oil in the form of bath. By taking a nice, relaxing soak in this bath, you can absorb magnesium through your skin and help reverse your magnesium deficiency.

You may experience a tingling sensation when you first start using it. That’s perfectly normal and short-lived; the effect fades after 10 to 20 minutes. After a while of routinely applying magnesium oil, you likely won’t experience the tingling sensation any more.

Since I’ve started using magnesium oil regularly, I’ve noticed immediate improvement in several areas apart from regaining my bright energy in life.

  1. I sleep more easily at night. Different researches showed that magnesium supplements helped improve subjective measures of insomnia, such as the ISI score, sleep efficiency, sleep time and sleep onset latency, and early morning awakening.

  1. My sweat smells clean. It’s been proved by many reviewers that as you supplement with magnesium, your sweat smell is not bad anymore! Now I reduced deodorant usage to minimum. Sometimes when I want to feel very confident I use Zechsal Pure Magnesium Deodorant. Get it here.

  2. My muscle pains and aches are relieved.  Several days ago I began to feel energetic enough to resume exercising, which I had to stop before. What can I say… having sore muscles is not uncommon, but that does not mean it's healthy. Usually it indicates overexertion. Treating sore muscles with magnesium containing products like Body Gel or Body Cream by Zechsal can help relieve pain and promote healing, and in some cases, allow you to continue exercising again sooner.

I wish all my readers a very good health. Please, don't underestimate the role of magnesium in our lives.

Sincerely yours,

Green Lady
